Founded in 2011, FirePit Ceramics is a northwest Austin pottery gallery/studio specializing in adult and child clay classes. Our goal is to offer superior customer service to our valued clientele and create a fun, safe, productive environment for all to enjoy.
FirePit Ceramics is a space inspired and formed for the sole purpose of providing creative opportunities to individuals interested in the ceramic arts. We offer a pottery teaching studio with classes in wheel throwing, hand-building, as well as workshops, private lessons, and parties. We have ten wheels, two kilns, and a fully-equipped studio waiting for you. We love pottery, and we think you will, too. Come experience the best Austin has to offer. From functional to fanciful, our onsite professional gallery showcases a variety of mugs, bowls, plates/platters, vases, fountains, and figurative sculpture in our well-lit art space. We feature the work of our Head Potter and pride ourselves on having wonderful, high-quality pottery and ceramic pieces available for purchase at competitive prices. A wide range of handcrafted pottery by our talented staff is available for purchase online as well.
We rent our space for gallery exhibitions, filming, photography shoots, musical performances, and other events. Please contact us for your next event.
